David also gained significant experience of deep basement construction working on a triple storey basement in Piccadilly and experience of sensitive refurbishment of a 1900 commercial office on Fenchurch Street with a retained Grade II listed façade.

Since joining the company, David has led a project teams delivering a luxury hotel with 4 storey basement and 10 storeys above ground and a new 18 storey flagship Travelodge in Greenwich which is due to begin Construction in January 2021.

David is involved in preparing bid documents and fee proposals for prospective schemes, as well as feasibility and concept studies leading up to planning and pre-planning consultations. He also takes an interest in the provision of company training and support and is involved in the company Health and Safety programme. David also plays a key part in managing the company’s staff resourcing across our multiple offices.
