Ground investigations are underway in Sheffield for the  Sheffield Gardens development on Meadow Street.

Beech Holdings secured planning permission for the £55m build-to-rent development earlier this year with proposals to demolish the existing dilapidated industrial buildings and to build 158 apartments with a large private gym, an external landscaped courtyard and roof-top gardens.

Designed by Leach Rhodes Walker, Manhire Associates are delighted to be working with the design team put together by Beech Holdings and to help support their commitment to deliver exceptional apartments across the UK as Beech grow to be a national developer.

Manhire Associates are engaged as Civil and Structural Engineers for the development and are also providing Geo-Environmental Services.
