Wilton Way, Hackney

Construction has commenced on the new ‘Turn-Key’, purposed built rehearsal and office space for Hackney Empire Ltd. at 117 Wilton Way.  This exciting new development will provide space intended to be a discreet ‘back of house’ facility for the Client.  Despite not being the public face of the theatre company the project architects, Capital Architecture, along with Manhire Associates have produced an attractive yet functional design.  Above this theatre’s area, 25 residential units will be incorporated in the building to maximise the air space in the Urban Context.
