Construction progressing well in Kensington…

Construction is progressing well on site on St Edward’s newest development, Kensington Row with ground worker GCL nearing completion of the B2 level raft foundations.

Manhire Associates have been working on the development dating back to 2011 when Squire and Partners were commissioned to progress conceptual designs to closely follow the principles set out in the practice’s Warwick Road masterplan, which was adopted by The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea in 2008.

Kensington Row is the second part of the Warwick Road masterplan to be realised following the completion of 375 Kensington High Street, which won Evening Standard Best London Home in 2014.
