Material Store, part of U+I’s Old Vinyl Factory development nearing completion

Interserve are putting the finishing touches to the Material Store in Hayes.

Designed by Newground Architects, the Material Store is a build to rent development with 189 mixed apartments and town houses. The development is full of character and originality, being a former factory site with the use of clever brick facades evident providing a familiar London street feel. 

The 17 acre site forms part of one of the largest regeneration schemes in West London.

There is a large communal garden and the roofs are landscaped providing more outdoor space.
