East Stour Park, Ashford

Manhire Associates are delighted to be working on proposals for Quinn Estates’s 6.6 acre East Stour Park site in Ashford, adjacent to the Ashford Designer Outlet.

The site forms part of the wider Canal District area of Ashford where Quinn Estates are major landowners – the vision includes new housing, commercial and leisure facilities set amongst vast new areas of ecological enhancements and publicly accessible green space.

Designed by RIBA award winning architect Guy Holloway, East Stour Park is being modelled as a design exemplar that sets a tone of quality and innovation for the rest of the Canal District to follow, thus creating a modern and exciting extension to Ashford.
