U+I’s Circus Street, Brighton

Exciting times for an exciting city, as we approach practical completion of the four student residential blocks at our Circus Street project with Henry construction and U+I.  A former derelict market is being transformed into a vibrant quarter providing mixed use regeneration with new homes, student accommodation, office and dance studio space.
