Grant McCann

Associate Civil Engineer

 
 

Grant joined Manhire Associates Limited in 2006 as a Civil Engineer, and has since been promoted to an Associate, for recognition of his contribution to the business over the past 16 years.

A Civil Engineer with 23 years of experience in site development, Grant has successfully been involved in delivering complex projects while working in Ireland, and the UK.

Grant first joined Kirk McClure Morton`s Water and waste water division in 1996 as a Civil Technician assisting designing, and producing drawings for sewerage treatment works.

After gaining his Civil Engineering qualifications, Grant joined BDP Belfast in 1999 as a Civil Engineer working on a variety of large and small projects as the drainage and infrastructure engineer.

Grant is experienced in preparing and liaising with Highway Authorities to provide drawings for Section 278 and Section 38 Agreements. Grant also works with water companies to provide drawings for Section 104 and 106 Applications, in addition to preparing Flood Risk Assessments.
