Graduate Development Program

We support graduates to help them gain professional membership of the Institution of Structural Engineers or Civil Engineers. The Graduate Development Program is flexible and it treats you as an individual so that your training is tailored to fulfill both your needs and the needs of the company.

We help you develop not just your technical skills, but ‘soft skills’ also. Effective communication is so important as well as being able to manage your time and others. We will help you develop in the following areas:

Throughout the program, you will benefit from the insight and experience of a chartered engineer who will act as your personal mentor to support motivate and inspire you. We can offer you work on a wide variety of challenging and interesting projects covering many different construction sectors.

It is expected that you will be required to work on several projects at any one time, and you will have good multi tasking capabilities. As you develop in confidence and ability, you will afforded greater responsibility whilst working in a friendly team environment.

Our Requirements

MEng or BEng Honours in Civil or Structural Engineering.
